  • Das Inf.-Rgt. Nr.437 wurde am 10.10.1916 bei der Armee-Gruppe Bernhardi aus abgegebenen Stäben und geschlossenen Kompanien aufgestellt. (Zusammenstellung: Stab aus Kowel; I. Bt. Stary Poryck; II. Btl. Swiniarzyn; III. Btl. in Wolka Lubitowka b. Kowel aus einem Btl.-Stab/Res.-Inf.-Rgt. Nr.265, einer zusammengestellten Komp. v. Inf.-Rgt. Nr.92, 10. Komp./Res.-Inf.-Rgt. Nr.250, 6. Komp./Res.-Inf.-Rgt. Nr.201 und 5. Komp./Inf.-Rgt. Nr.136 sowie MG.-Komp. aus Döberitz.
  • Am 19.2.1917 wurde das I. Bataillon beim Inf.-Rgt. Nr.345 das III. Bataillon und das II. Bataillon beim Inf.-Rgt. Nr.374 das III. Bataillon.
  • 23.02.1917 [1]: Das Regiment gibt sein II. Bataillon als neues III. Bataillon an das Infanterie-Regiment Nr. 374 ab.
  • Neues I. Btl./Inf.-Rgt. Nr.437 wurde das I. Btl./s. Ldw.-Inf.-Rgt. Nr.350, neues II. Btl./Inf.-Rgt. Nr.437 wurde das II. Btl./s. Ldw.-Inf.-Rgt. Nr.350. Neuer Stab/Inf.-Rgt. Nr.437 wurde der bisherige Stab/s. Ldw.-Inf.-Rgt. Nr.350.
  • 10.08.1918 [2] [1]: Das Regiment erhält eine eigene Minenwerfer-Kompanie, gebildet aus Teilen der Minenwerfer-Kompanie Nr. 435.
