  • Garnison: Res.-Inf.-Rgt. Nr.241 (+ MG-Zug) aufgestellt in Dresden (Stab, I. Btl. vom Ers.-Btl./sächs. Gren. Rgt. Nr.100, II. Btl. vom Ers.-Btl./sächs. Gren. Rgt. Nr.101, III. Btl. vom Ers.-Btl./sächs. Inf.-Rgt. Nr.177).
  • Ende September 1918 das I. Btl./R.I.R.241 als I. Bataillon beim sächsische Inf.-Rgt. Nr.472 eingegliedert.
  • Am 25.9.1918 wurde das II. Btl./R.I.R.241 als 5. Komp./sächs. Gren.-Rgt. Nr.100 und das III. Btl./R.I.R.241 als 10. Komp./sächs. Gren.-Rgt. Nr.100
