  • Res.-Inf.-Rgt. Nr.215 (+ MG-Zug) aufgestellt in Hannover (Stab., I., II. Btl. vom Ers.-Btl./Füs.-Rgt. Nr.73) und Hildesheim (III. Btl. vom Ers.-Btl./L.I.R. Nr.73). Hinzu kamen noch nicht gezogene, gediente Mannschaften des Beurlaubtenstandes durch die Bezirks-Kommandos Nienburg, Hannover I und Hildesheim.
  • Am 31.7.1918: 3. & 4. Komp./R.I.R. Nr.215 trat zum R.I.R. Nr.214; weitere Teile des R.I.R. Nr.215 trat zum Inf.-Rgt. Nr.362.
