Formationsgeschichte

  • Res.-Inf.-Rgt. 60 aufgestellt in Hagenau (Stab, I. & II. Btl.) und Weißenburg (III. Bataillon). (Bei der Mobilmachung war sie Besatzung der Feste Kaiser Wilhelm II.)
  • 02.08.1914 [1] : Das Reserve-Regiment wurde gemäß Mobilmachungsplan mobilisiert.
  • 15.09.1918 [2] [3]: Das Regiment erhält eine eigene Minenwerfer-Kompanie, gebildet aus Teilen der Minenwerfer-Kompanie Nr. 431.

Verluste: 71 Offiziere, 1462 Unteroffiziere und Mannschaften.
