  • Unterstellt: dem XII. Armee-Korps, 241. Infanterie-Division, 246. Infanterie-Brigade.
  • Inf.-Rgt. Nr.473 wurde am 25.11.1916 vom Stellv.-Gen.-Kdo. XIX. A.K. (je zur Hälfte von den Stellv. 47. & 48. Inf.-Brig.) aufgestellt.
  • Stab, I. & II. Bataillon sowie 1.-6. Kompanie in Leipzig; 7.-8. Kompanie in Leisnig; Stab, III. Bataillon, 9.-12. Kompanie in Döbeln. Die 1. bis 3. M.G.-Komp. kamen von der 1. Ers.-M.G.-Komp. des XIX. A.K. (Aufstellung in Leipzig).
  • 16.09.1918 [1]: Das Regiment erhält eine eigene Minenwerfer-Kompanie, gebildet aus Teilen der (sächs.) Minenwerfer-Kompanie Nr. 441.

1. Ers.-Btl./Inf.-Rgt. Nr.106 und Demob.-Truppenteil: Inf.-Rgt. Nr.106 und Gren.-Rgt. Nr.100 (nur für I. Btl.).
