  • Res.-Inf.-Rgt. Nr.229 (+ MG-Zug) aufgestellt in Breslau (Stab, I., II. & III. Btl. vom Ers.-Btl./Gren. Rgt. Nr.11 und Inf.-Rgt. Nr.51 (insgesamt nur 20% Gediente, 80% Kriegsfreiwillige).
  • 26.08.1918 [1] [2]: Das Regiment erhält eine eigene Minenwerfer-Kompanie, gebildet aus Teilen der Minenwerfer-Kompanie Nr. 250.
